Check-in: 3:30 - 4:00
Warm-Up/Agenda: 4:00 - 4:30
Play: 4:30 - 7:00

Players (and parents) must register for soccer using Final Forms in order to be "cleared" to tryout. Players who are not cleared will not be allowed to tryout. There are no exceptions. This process takes some time, so start now!

CHECK IN
Check in will take place at the concession stand above the South bleachers, next to the baseball field (circled in blue in the image below).
Arriving athletes will be cross-checked with a list of cleared players on Final Forms. If the athlete is cleared, they will be issued a numbered pinnie. If the athlete is not cleared, they will not be allowed to try out that day.
DO NOT bring physical forms or documents to the South gate. Physical forms can be submitted two ways: submitted in person to Jodee Hull, our athletic secretary, or submitted online via Final Forms (students who do this MUST e-mail Jodee Hull (jhull@lwsd.org) to let her know that they have submitted their physical online).
